It is a robust methodology that allows you to take small steps until you get fully comfortable with the execution plan:
Stage 1 - Questionare ( 0-3 hours)
To make a preliminary assessment of the offshoring potential in your business, PBS has designed a detailed questionnaire. We analyse your responses to give you a high level evaluation of the BPO potential for your company.
Stage 2 - Discovery (2-4 weeks)
Discovery is designed to provide you with a detailed, fact based business case. It is conducted by our offshore BPO partner, who will work with you to examine all your business processes and their appropriateness for offshoring. The output is fact based and fully costed.
This stage is fee based.
Stage 3 - Board Review (0-1 week)
It is imperative that any offshoring proposal has the full support and sponsorship of your Board. PBS will facilitate a Board debate focussed on costs/benefits, risks and mitigants, change management considerations and payback.
Stage 4 - Transition Planning (4-6 weeks)
Extremely detailed transition planning is fundamental to any successful BPO programme and encompasses the following: detailed terms, legal documentation, process documentation, service levels, technological connectivity, any enabling investments required and an overall review of operational readiness.
A team from our offshore BPO partner will work intensively with you to develop a customised transition plan. PBS has developed pre-negotiated legal documentation and pricing structures to get your project moving quickly and give you the benefit of industry best practice.
Stage 5- Migration of Processes (3-6 months)
Implementation of the transition plan is a tightly managed process and needs to be carefully sequenced. It is conducted by experienced project managers and supported by process consultants from our offshore BPO partner, who ensure compliance with process controls, standards and delivery. PBS maintains its involvement throughout the process to assist you.
