We do this in two ways – firstly by aggregating demand from 3i's portfolio companies to negotiate attractive commercial terms with BPO suppliers and secondly using our deep domain expertise, enabling rapid execution of the BPO transaction by standardising and simplifying the overall process.
In our role as an Aggregator, we have negotiated very competitive commercial terms with a Tier 1 Indian BPO provider, for all our customers, which provide many unique advantages and benefits. From our experience, we know that these commercial terms are normally available only to the world’s largest companies.
In our role as an Enabler, we have developed a standard methodology, process and legal documentation that all our portfolio can use to implement their BPO project. Again, from our experience, we believe that the PBS methodology and tools will eliminate at least 3-6 months of your BPO deployment time.
Above all, our aim is to make offshoring a predictable and profitable experience.
